This black and white picture of Lough Leane Killarney aptly captures the amazing balance between man-made structures and nature. Known to be the largest and most beautiful among all the lakes of Killarney in County Kerry, Lough Leane has always been one of my favourite places for landscape photography.

The serene Lough Leane serves as an interesting backdrop for man-made structures. Also, you can see the magnificent Macgillycuddy’s Reeks sprawling in the backdrop, making the shot complete. The black and white tones of this long exposure landscape bring out the depth of the scene and impart a sense of peace.
