Been there for the first time in years during my Holy Communion, I just stumbled upon this location at Lough Key Forest Park in County Roscommon. Located in between Boyle and Carrick on Shanon, it felt like the forest has been revived at that crucial moment of the day. The light amidst the trees during sunset was almost biblical and I managed to capture the perfect starburst with my lens as the forest came to life. Sadly, this was my last forest photo during my first visit as I mistakenly left all my other memory cards in the car.
