An ideal spot for swimmers and surfers, Dunmoran beach is a delight for tourists as well as locals. This serene beach is located on the Atlantic Coast in Skreen, a parish in County Sligo.

It offers unending opportunities to landscape photographers and I grabbed one such magical opportunity with this seascape photo. Just after the Christmas celebrations in 2014, I managed to capture this peaceful view of the Dunmoran beach on a still night. As the night was very dark, the exposure was for quite a long duration. This place takes me down memory lane as it is near to my family home and I have spent many summers here. Dunmoran beach always holds a special place in my heart.
