It had always been my desire to capture a night photo Dun Laoghaire Pier and also the Dun Laoghaire Pier bandstand. My plan was to capture the beauty of these iconic landmarks amidst the silence of the night. Decorated with fairy Christmas lights and the raging industrial street lights, a surreal ambience surrounded the place. With the Dublin Bay cityscape that includes the Dun Laoghaire Pier bandstand forming the perfect background for the scene, I was able to capture photo worthy of the scene.
