Description
One of the most photographed places in Ireland, Derryclare Lough Connemara in beautiful Galway never appealed to me greatly due to its commonness as a subject amongst other photographers. Well, the serene and amazing ambience that surrounds the lake has made it such a celebrated place. With the great Twelve Bens in the background, certain surrealism existed on the scene which was further highlighted by the leaning trees. The clouds were moving fast but there was mild wind on the ground. This provided me with the concept of capturing this long exposure landscape photo of a truly wonderful part of Galway where the clouds appear to be moving while everything else stands still.
