The acquaintance started in the pages of my reference book Stopping by Woods, my love story with Cascade wood began immediately. A small woodland near the village Balleyvourney in County Cork, Cascade wood has a strange mysticism to it. Here, the overgrown trees pose as samba dancers and create a lively atmosphere. I had to wait for few minutes before I got sufficient light to capture the resulting black and white fine art photo, the majestic trees were beautifully complementing each other by exhibiting different shapes.
