A wild garlic photo on Ross island captured in the final hours of light on a wonderful day in May. I spent the day on Ross island capturing a series of forest panorama photos in the stunning landscape. The forest floor was covered in wild garlic. I was spoilt for choice all day.  The light was incredible at the end of the day and I had already planned this wild garlic photo on Ross island earlier when I walked around checking various locations on this idyllic part of the Kerry landscape. Thankfully the sun was unobstructed by cloud at the decisive moment and I got exactly what I hoped for. This photo communicates exactly how I felt on that day.
