Gateway to nature’s paradise through black and white seascape photo.

This black and white seascape photo was one my very first image captures on the magnificent Skellig Michael and I had so much to convey through this seascape. A beautiful contrast is noticeable between the placement of the old helicopter pad and the gorgeous landscape. It is the manmade wall that manifests an organic shape which steals the scene. The way it embraces the natural shape of the Skellig cliffs, make your eyes follow its path and focus all your attention on the scene.

A nightscape photo of Fanad Lighthouse Donegal.

My 2nd nightscape photo during my visit to Fanad Lighthouse Donegal, the very pleasant night made me realize that the lighthouse remains secluded and all lonely even during the darkest nights. Visitors can now actually stay in accomodation in the lighthouse! A wonderful place to escape the hustle and bustle of life. It’s on my bucket list. This seascape photo narrates the story of isolation of the lighthouse. When I was approaching to click this photo, the sun was already set for a few hours and it was quite dark. But the moonlight being a messiah showered soft light all over the place. Indeed a mesmerizing view!

Reminiscing on the past with fine art architecture photography in Dublin.

The edition is now sold out and is no longer available.

The purpose of building the fascinating Guinness Storehouse tunnel was to connect two different Guinness sites located on Thomas Street. Just like a secret tunnel under the ground that will lead to your final destination, however, it is a safe route to opt for in order to reach the site quickly. Glowing yellow because of the industrial lights installed, I loved the idea of a tunnel as it directly establishes a relation to the bygone eras when tunnels were a thing. So many untold stories to tell, I was offered a commission to capture a series of limited edition print for senior Diageo VIP’S. Another image was selected in the end but I knew that this portrait of fine art architecture photography in Dublin had potential. Ultimately, it got selected for exhibition in the renowned 2013 RHA Annual Exhibition.

Journey of smelling garlic and capturing Ross Island Forest.

Close to the prosperous nature, Ross Island forest leaves me spellbound. As it was the last photo of my visit to the very gorgeous and thriving Ross Island, I needed to capture the perfect photo that will focus on every single detail and promote the truest form of this forest. It is situated nearby Killarney in County Kerry and is almost connected to the mainland; the island has a wonderful castle that adds to the beauty of the island. It was quite an idyllic experience. As I savoured the smell of wild garlic and the wonderful last light of the day, it reminded me that Irish landscape photography offers an infinite amount of photographic opportunities.

Embracing the nature’s artistry in Fanad Lighthouse Inishownen.

Being generously wrapped in moonlight, Fanad Lighthouse Inishowen made me feel it’s presence in a unique way. Steep rocks and a pathway that is surrounded by greenery lead one to the unflinching lighthouse; it is one of two seascpae photos that I have successfully captured on a magical moonlit night. I took this photograph pretty soon after dusk, the moon was as if beaming with happiness and so, it appeared so very bright. With the hope to witness some movements of the water, I was fortunate enough to capture the existence of light cloud around the moon along with the moving water. I used my Phase One IQ3 100 to bring out every single detail in the image of the photographer’s paradise.

interior photographer linkedin ireland

Linkedin Ireland headquarters is a celebration of design in the modern workplace. The polished birch plywood cladding used around the atrium and reception is exquisite. As an interior photographer I love to examine the various forms in the building. You can view more images from Linkedin in my case studies section.

architectural photography Dublin Port company

Architectural photography in Dublin is always a pleasure when photographing wonderful projects like the Dublin Port Centre by Darmody Architecture. The client, Dublin Port Company required a contemporary series of well designed structures which opened the site to the public and that celebrates the relationship it has with the locality and the history of the Port. Much of the centre’s beautifully designed architectural structures are clad in oxidised steel. The patterns in the steel are based on nautical sea maps.
