Ballycarney Bridge Enniscorthy River Slaney

I took this sunset photo of Enniscorthy Bridge in Enniscorthy, County Wexford during a commission to photograph the River Slaney for the Slaney bar in Dublin Airport Terminal 2. I love the stillness of the scene. It was an enjoyable commission. The subject matter was somewhat different to what I would normally shoot, in that the elements of the scene were subtler than the rather dramatic compositions I normally shoot. I found my architectural photography background very much influenced the type of images which I shot. As a result I was able to create rather dynamic images from the scenery.
