This image is of a wonderful Horse Chestnut tree on Ross island. An island barely separated from the mainland by a small river. It is located near one of the lakes of Killarney – Lough Leane. The island is mostly covered by stunning forest. I try and get there twice a year to photograph the wild garlic and again in Autumn when the trees are bursting with colour. It really is my happy place.
