Description

A striking juxtaposition of concrete and steel against the natural rock at Hook Head Lighthouse.  Hook Head Lighthouse is a famous lighthouse in County Wexford that has become quite touristy. I visited the place a few years ago and this was the only image I took. The lighthouse was behind me and I loved the stark contrast between the man-made structure and the rugged natural environment. This harshness was only softened by the backdrop of sea and sky.

The photo was a 2 minute long exposure so you get that dreamlike affect with the clouds and water.
