A Dublin Cityscape At Twilight. One of the best times to take a Bull island photo is during low tide. At twilight everything starts to glisten. Wonderful reflections from Poolbeg and Dublin Port appear on the wet sand. Dublin is at it’s most beautiful at night, where everything seems to stand still.
