A photo of Sandymount Strand on a beautiful but incredibly windy Spring day, captured on the Pigeon House Road in Ringsend, opposite Poolbeg Power Station. The wind driven sand danced across the road. It seemed more like the American Mid West. I imagined the rocks as some ancient Structures.

Sand in Motion, the Pigeon House was successfully exhibited in the prestigious RHA annual exhibition in 2009. It received single best image award in the landscape category in the 2010 IPPA/RSA Photographer of the year awards. Prime of Life edition set at 20. This is sold out. A couple of the Artist’s Choice Edition remain.
